Bentley announced a hybrid drive instead of the W12 engine

Detailed characteristics of the power plant were withheld until the official presentation. Although without official statements, it is clear that the “new Bentley Ultra Performance Hybrid powerplant” is the same one that has been installed in the Porsche Panamera Turbo E-Hybrid since the beginning of the year and since last month in the Lamborghini Urus SE.

Formally, the Ultra Performance Hybrid will replace modifications of Bentley cars with a 6.0-liter W12 engine, which Bentley has been equipped with for more than two decades.
