HADI cycles are part of the Agile methodology. The essence of the HADI cycle method consists of four main stages:
The HADI cycle includes:
Choosing a hypothesis (Hypothesis). Search for a specific business idea to be tested. For example, if you cover delivery vehicles with store advertising, sales will increase by at least 5%.
Actions, hypothesis testing (Actions). Hypothesis testing phase for a limited time. The duration of hypothesis testing does not exceed two weeks. It is recommended to test mailings not by time, but by the number of letters sent: about 200-300 pieces.
Analysis of the obtained result (Data). Data collection stage. In the example of the advertising campaign for a store on cars, it turned out to be successful: the idea can be scaled. The data can be any metrics: number of sales, conversion, and others.
Conclusions. The final stage, when the hypothesis is confirmed or refuted depending on the result obtained. If the hypothesis is successful, the idea can be scaled up. If the hypothesis is not confirmed, look for other solutions.
After completing one HADI cycle, the next hypothesis can be tested. The HADI cycle allows you to save money by testing a business idea for a small amount of time or in a small area.
